Ricoh Japan found a firmware bug that could possibly cause the following malfunction when using PC FAX to send document files directly from a PC to fax. Symptom: When sending multi PC FAX documents continuously to different addresses. A page of document is sent to a wrong address.
The document is not sent to the correct address but no error report is output. This problem does not occur when documents are scanned for analog fax. The issue can be fixed by updating the firmware to version 1.0.6a. End users can download and update the modified firmware from the Ricoh website to eliminate the risk of the problem immediately. In case of any questions please contact your supplier or local Ricoh organisation.
I upgrade my Laptop from windows 7 pro to windows 10 and installed also Office 2016. When I install the driver for printing I can print documents but when I try to work in excel or word these programs closes and restart. When I delete the driver for Ricoh Office 2016 has no problems. I contacted Ricoh service center and after one hour making some tests by team viewer they concluded that it was a problem from windows 10. They have no solution for my problem. What works is the scan from the Afficio. Has someone the same problems?
